Right next to Zhongxiao Xinsheng MRT station (exit 3). The MRT exit has a lift and escalators. There are also several bus stops around the hotel that allows you to catch buses to some key attractions. Room was comfortable and clean. Depending on the allocated room, there is a big glass window with a nice view of the main street, especially if the room is on the higher floors. However, the design of the bathroom makes it challenging for others to come into the room or leave the room when someone is in the shower as it is just see through glass panels. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food options are not as many as some other areas in Taipei but there are some good options within 5 - 15 mins walk from the hotel.

Cozy and top service hotel in Taipei.
Hotel is fantastic. Service wonderful. Area manager at night superb. Helped me when i was having asthma attack. Had to cut short my stay in hotel and they permitted me. Such kind hearted staff. Kudos to manager night duty the lady with a big heart. Everyone so attentive

Balcony wall is too high obstruct the city view. I cannot rate excellent in cleanliness because I noted mold is growing in the ceiling. Otherwise I would rate excellent in all categories. Service and staff are very good. I ate in the Italian restaurant and got sick but my brother was ok.

I had a great two-night stay here. Very close to the MRT station, less than a 20-second walk from the station to the hotel. Numerous dining options in the neighbourhood and a department store about twelve minutes from the hotel. The only downside is that there weren’t any coffee machines in the room so if you want coffee, you need to head to the lounge or go out to grab one. Overall, great stay!

Excellent service and super friendly staff. My father is not very mobile when exiting from a taxi and the attendants immediately approached him and help him out. The room was spotlessly clean. No noises from outside and hallway. Staff is always ready to help out and serve customers. We will stay same hotel next time in Taipei
