My family stayed in the hotel for a week and overall enjoyed the stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has great variety and the menu dosn't repeat from day to day which is rare. It is 7 minutes walk to the nearby Metro. The hotel is a bit old and the towels are worn. Overall, it is a pleasant experience.

I appreciated staying at this hotel, its no longer then 10 min walk to the MRT (train) and its so easy to go arond with those. The hotel ut self was fine, not too much noise from outsode and breakfasts was acveptablr.

Breakfast is excellent! Have Asian food and American breakfast, coffee is great, different food for 3 days we stayed, 5 minutes walking to MRT, room is spacious for 3, has table chair and sofa, 2 TV, bathroom has separate tub and shower, fancy toilet too, for the price we paid, it’s a 10/10

The hotel is a bit older but rooms are spacious and comfortable. During our stay, the only elevator was out of service for maintenance, which changed our plans quite a bit - this should be shown during booking already and not only last minute. Breakfast was a big disappointment. Barely any choices for vegetarians, and dishes were overcooked. We decided to skip breakfast in the end. The area might not look great at first, but there are some restaurants and a market nearby, so it turned out to be a good location. Next MRT station is about 5-10 minutes walk away.

This is my 2nd time staying in Royal Biz. Check-in is quick. The room is clean and spacious. The bedding is comfortable. All in all, the stay is good value for money.

Adequate but not top notch.
People were great, location was what we were looking for. Only concern was cleanliness as maid did not clean some areas well and there was some type of leak outside the bathroom door that they tried to cover with a Matt but was damp the entire time.
