Stellar 5 star stay
Grand dame 5 star facility with the service that parallels the property. There are many choices but it’s the service and quality of staff that often sets properties apart from other nice hotels. The concierge was so helpful, as well as the valet staff in hailing taxis, arranging massages, and making recommendations. The family deluxe room has a king plus two twin beds with duvets and premium bedding which made our sleeping arrangements stellar. Wonderful bath products with attention to detail, including kid slippers and the appropriate amount of towels for the family. Can’t recommend enough. Laundry Town online has same day laundry for NT 200/kg X 3 kg minimum and a NT250 delivery charge (drop off at concierge by 10A, retrieve same day at concierge by 10P). Beautiful hotel in Taipei, clean, comfortable bed. The size of the room was great. Great buffet, we also enjoyed the rooftop pool. Will come back.
