Large comfortable, spacious room on a quiet side of hotel, very good buffet breakfast with many options included, helpful and efficient staff. Great location as well. The photos do not do it justice: much better, more inviting than how it is pictured!

The staff always make this hotel welcoming and special. Additionally renovations to the rooms, including new beds, make for a comfortable stay.

Buen hotel en general

La aislación de ruido genial. La primera habitación que nos dieron estaba pasada a humo de cigarrillo. La limpieza estaba bien pero podría ser mejor en el baño. Los colchones duros y se sienten los resortes. Hay un joven rubio que atiende en el restaurante que debería tener mejores modales.

Arrived two hours before and requested pre check in and was charged half a day extra or would not be allowed in. (the rooms were available)The reason given, which has never happenned before, was because I made the reservation Via Expedia. That was the message forwarded by the acting manager upon our arrival. It is an unacceptable answer.
