We pulled up to check in and there were 4 police cars there. We pulled into parking spot and looked around. It was a hotel for people who were unhoused and appeared to be living there. A woman with a baseball bat was standing in the parking lot.

Never, ever.
We pulled up to find a mountain of trash in front of the property. Someone was pushing a shopping cart out front. There were zero cars in the parking lot except ours. A number of people hanging out in front with their doors open. The room was disgusting. Broken fufniture, holes in the bedspread, dirty walls and the blind did not cover the window so everyone could see in. Would not sleep one night there. Left immediately. Cannot believe they charged $350 per night for that. Does NOT look like the photo.

Very unprofessional, we were told up front we needed to provide IDs and signatures for all people staying and car license plate for regular police checks. Filthy and broken down as if it were abandoned. Broken AC, broken toilet, torn shower curtain, dirty sheets, no pillow cases, cigarette burns all over blankets. We asked for another room, they said they were all booked... when in fact the place was empty, no cars in the parking lot other than our own. We left within 10 minutes of checking in and were told we would be refunded in a week, that the manager was away till then. But nothing came and we had to reverse the charge through our bank after investigation. Oooufff!

We did not stay there due to the property and surrounding property / area being extremely dirty And unsafe. Property was in extreme disrepair with broken furniture and trash (dozens of garbage bags) outside. We saw broken windows and extremely unkept pool, full of algae and debris, and many people that looked to be unkept and unsafe. The property was so questionable that we did not want to stop and get out. We called the contact number for the property and got a recording that said to leave a message. Unfortunately, the mailbox was full and so we left a message through Expedia, which you can see. I would highly recommend taking it off your site because it puts people And a very unfortunate situation having to scramble to find other accommodations. I also expect not to get charged. If I do, I will obviously dispute it. Thank you.

I have pictures of this disgusting mess. Not sure where to upload them, letā€™s say the room looked like a crime scene. No pillows on the bed, dirty comforters, dirty floors, dirty air conditioner. The trash hadnā€™t been taken out no batteries in the remote control big bleach stain on the bed. I immediately asked for a refund and havenā€™t received it yet. I was in town for my daughterā€™s graduation. I happen to check out two hotels and did not play. Pay close enough attention to the reviews on this. The pictures were nice. They looked nice. It was nothing like the pictures not even a little bit. Iā€™m just now Being able to address it because it was my daughterā€™s graduation weekend and we just got home. I will never use Expedia again, canā€™t believe they would have this horrible place on their site.

What i didnt like at all. Still highly pissed because a Reserved a room in. Tallahasse,Fla . On my family got there around midnight of June 16 2024, couldnt even go in building. Greeted by some creepy look Iooking security guy sittting outside in a chair who told us they didnt have any more rooms even though reserved it and ti take it us with Howard Johnson. In doing that , they used alll sorts of polich reasons & Refused to refund my money $80 or so and firced my Family to sleep incar that nite. Bad Busness If you Reserve a room , you got get a room or your money back. Just that simple . I dont want to here bout aÄŗ your coporates, I want my money back so send it to me. You got my address.

We did not even stay! It was nasty and questionable activities occurring in the parking lot. I would rate this place as one step above living under a bridge. It smelled like urine and a thick pot! Hair on the Toilet, itched from only the odor! Just NASTY!

This property is not safe for anyone to stay in , the whole property has garbage and old bed frams and dirty mattress everywhere, the room smells black mold , mattress dirty and soiled base of mattress the same , i couldnt touch anything in the room , windows holding by some falling apart caulk and room lock falling apart , shower has electrical wires from a rusty without cover fan hanging in the shower . It is a hundred times cleaner and safer to sleep in your car if you have to instead of trying to sleep in that hotel . I have no idea how they are in business .

There was no table or chair in room. The lobby smelled like moisture. The other room that they tried to check me into with a chair; the door didnā€™t function probably. I asked for reverse payment and the clerk agreed and said it was reversed. I had to check into a completely different hotel.

Check in said 3pm online, we got there and it was 4pm. No public restroom in the lobby, thankfully they let me use the staff one. Staff was friendly, however pictures on the site are completely different from what the room actually looks like. Holes in the walls, bedding is obviously old and worn, box spring was filthy, pillows not comfortable. Supposed to be 2 queens and it was 2 fulls. Roaches not as bad as other reviews, however they were still there. We made sure to keep everything zipped up and checked out stuff before putting it back in our car. You can tell staff is trying. It was definitely a get what you pay for type stay.

We had to wait for check in and call a phone number to do so. Wait time to check in. Chris told me what was recently modified in the room and if they were damaged, he would charge me. He ought to look into the contributing factors of the guest that do as I was only there for the night. When I walked in, yes the room has been newly painted, fancy chests and nightstands. That's where renovation ends. I couldn't find plug for lamp which was far from the three prong wall. I am forgetting her name, think Tiffany, had to bring me an extension chord. When I moved the bed, a little roach scurried away. Floor is dirty, shower has a huge stain on the marble, mirror had a crack. No TV or phone. Not all the towels where avail. Close the rooms and finish renovations before accommodating guests because then it's not accommodation and hire more staff at least to cover breaks!
