Made a reservation online. Upon arrival was told they would have to clean me a room and that it would take about 20 mins. Waited over an hour just for them to tell me no rooms for the night. We're very rude about it from the start.

I checked out within 15 minutes of checking in. The deadbolt was broken. The sheets had dirt on them, not just stains. There was a puddle of water in the floor. An electrical outlet was missing the cover plate. The employee who checked me in literally walked in the room a few minutes after I got to it. They said they forgot they put me in that room. After that I checked out.

Dirty people enter your room while you sleep people walking the hallway all night and then 20 o'clock and the morning wake you up to trade rooms and then tell you to go back to your original room after having to Wait for them to get back from the store bad service
