They told me they purposely overbooked so when I arrived to check in, I was told they didn't have a room for me. I was told to seek a refund through Expedia but now they are refusing to refund my room.

Where do I start? First of all I better get a full refund for this reservation as we had to leave due to the strong smell of urine and marijuana although is a smoke free hotel, the roaches were everywhere, bathroom sink was broken, pain in the walls was cracked, there was a piece of pepper covering the fire alarm, the AC did not cool at all, and the window blinds where a different size there fire did not fit properly therefore people could see from the outside. No soap in the bathroom , hair dryer or hangers. Black bugs on bed. Quite frankly I am reporting this priority to the Florida public health commissioner. They should not be operating.

We were looking for a safe and clean facility for our daughter to stay before moving into her student housing. We chose this Extended Stay because of brand recognition and price. WE REGRET IT WHOLEHEARTEDLY! From roaches to late night fire alarms, lying and rude staff, and so much more. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!

it took 3 hours in order to get a room. the front desk attendant Joe was great.. but for whatever reason clean rooms were not reloeased by the manager for him to giove to awaiting guests.

Nothing. They had put me in someone elses room. When i did get to my room there were coche roaches, blinds were broke, the phone did not work, the room was dirty. The worse place ive ever stayed at. Being that said i did not stay. I was trying to reach the desk and no answer. I left and came back next morning for a refund.

Dirty room. Cockroaches in hall. I had a beetle on my neck when I entered room. Drug addicts live here so be prepared to have them knock on your door and try to enter like they did to my room. Fire alarm will go off in the middle of the night. Only good thing was the shower was warm.

We arrived to learn our reservation for two queen beds had been canceled. They offered us a single queen for three people. took us 30 minutes to check in because they said reservation couldnt be changed because booked with a 3rd party. They had one person in charge of front desk and cleaning rooms so there were long waits to talk to anyone because she was cleaning the rooms in between check ins. The room was filthy. Hair and other debris on the floor. Roach (alive) in our room. Dead ones in the hallway outside room. Fire alarm went off at 1am. It was the worst place Iā€™ve ever spent the night in 55 years. The single staff member was super nice and accommodating. However, if there were any rooms available any where close, we would have been out of there.
