Location is great, but everything else is disappointing. This cannot be considered a 5 stars hotel. The rooms are dated and amenities are poor. No hand towels or slippers, no complimentary water bottles, rooms will not be cleaned unless you request it. The hotel has no spa or gym, and breakfast selection is poor. Most staff members do not speak English.

It's a lovely property and the staff is very customer focused. My one complaint is that the walls between rooms are very thin, as I was able to hear my neighbors all the time that seemed to never sleep.

Online checkin is atrocious and they should not be allowed to say it is quicker. It may dave the hotel time butnit doesn't save the guest any time just costs you more You still need to check in again and show passport and sign ay hotel. Crazy!!!

I don't enjoy when I take a shower and the water level goes beyond covering my feet. The sink had the same issue. Don't expect the a/c to be super cold. I feel that when a guest books on Expedia, we are getting an inferior room and/or get shafted on the room location (i.e. right by the elevator).
