Casa Tropical is a modern two story home with detached suites and offers sleek contemporary decor, sweeping million dollar ocean views and is located right in the heart of Tamarindo. The floor to ceiling glass sliders open up to a spacious balcony and dining area for an ideal indoor/outdoor living space. Here, you'll feel the refreshing ocean breezes, hear the tropical birds singing and howler monkeys! The first and second floor living spaces have spacious open floor plans, large balconies and patio, tons of windows and offer a truly tropical and luxurious feel. It’s a surfer’s paradise since you can check the waves from the balcony! The beach break in Tamarindo is great for all levels.
The Layout
There are 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms. BBQ grill on the large balcony and a driveway that fits 3 cars.
2nd floor living room and kitchen:
The main living room opens up to a large balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. The 2nd level kitchen is outfitted with high grade appliances and lots of prepping room.
1st floor living room and kitchen:
The living room on the main floor is the perfect space for extra guests, or a family with kids/teens who want the separate space/privacy. Everyone has a comfortable living area, while living under the same roof. This is a favorite feature for our guests.
Detached suites:
At the opposite side of the swimming pool, there is a detached 2 bedroom suites and en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have ocean views and a balcony. These 2 bedrooms are separate from the main house and offer privacy. The garden and pool divides the detached suites and main home.

Quiet time: We love and respect our neighbors and families that live close by. All vacation rental homes in Tamarindo are in residential areas with neighbors close by. We have a noise curfew at 9pm. We cannot allow noise, loud music after this time or late parties at the house.

Casa Tropical is located in a tranquil part of town and close to everything. Tamarindo Beach offers the best in restaurants, shopping, nightlife and amazing tourist activities! You're centrally located to 5 other must-see beaches. The town is an eclectic mix of tourists, locals and full time foreigners from all over the world. You are sure to make friends here :)
Tamarindo is not very big so it's fun to explore by foot! The beach is an 8 minute walk away. However, a car is convenient and recommended. Electric golf carts are a great way to travel around town!
