Relax and enjoy this stunning house, elevated high up at the rear of the block where peace and quiet rein. The location of this home providing breeze, treescape vistas, and the twinkle of Gold Coast lights by night. Fill your table with year-round avocados from the boutique Avocado Orchard.

Guests will have access to Netflix and Disney.

Centrally located within walking distance to coffee plantation & St Bernards Hotel, all while being only a short drive to Hampton Estate Wines and the Mountain's tourist hub, including Gallery Walk, Heritage Park and the National and Botanic Gardens.

We ask that you please be mindful of water usage during your stay as it is all tank water and under NO circumstances can you flush anything besides toilet paper down the toilet as it is a septic system.

Please be aware the property is NOT a party house and will be strictly adhered to. Please be considerate of neighbours and restrict noise after 10pm. If excessive noise does occur, we will be notified.
