French doors lead to a large deck with coastal views adjoining a covered verandah perfect for morning coffees, bird feeding and watching.

The cottage is close to the rainforest so we have lots of birds such as King Parrots, Lorikeets and Rosella's, to name a few. We will leave you a small amount of seed to feed them if you wish.

Please DONT put up the umbrella if there are heavy winds. There are two hooks and a strap at one end to secure to the house. Put down the umbrella at night and also bring in the chair cushions at night or if it is raining.

We ask that you please be mindful of water usage during your stay as it is all tank water and under NO circumstances can you flush anything besides toilet paper down the toilet as it is a septic system.

Please be aware the property is NOT a party house and will be strictly adhered to. Please be considerate of neighbors and restrict noise after 10pm. If excessive noise does occur, we will be notified.
