Although the weather did not cooperate with us, our accommodations were excellent. Loved this townhome as well as the resort. We were a little disappointed that the bar and restaurant closed so early - 10 pm. But overall our experience was great. Jeanie J.

Although a short stay it was great. I will definitely stay in 601 Little Harbor again. Comfortable setting and close to family in the area and everything we needed. Did not have time to try Sunset Bar and Grill but I’ve been told by numerous locals that it is a must next time I’m in town. Steve H.
Little Harbor Beach Resort and Marina is a Caribbean-style island resort located on the south shore of Tampa Bay.

The property was exactly as in the pictures. Beautiful location. We were equally as happy to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins as to make short travel to Sarasota and St. Petersburg. Many options available and very comfortable.

Our family of five (4 adults and 1 child) stayed at the property. It was exactly as pictured. The location was great. We were accessible to family in the area, shopping, and activities. The security (Officer Williams) was extraordinary, he was friendly, always on post in the evening and took pride in is work. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The balconies had great views of the canal. Great for boat watching, relaxation and morning coffee. All bedrooms have flat-screen tvs, with streaming options. The cable in the main living room for the tv was a bit problematic. We had to reset it several times. There are instructions and access to a property manager to assist. Also replacement batteries for the remotes should be made available to the renters. The unit comes with everything you need to prepare a meal (pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc). You bring everything else...groceries, drinks, coffee, and extra paper products. Kitchen was spacious. The unit was roomy and accomodating. Bathrooms clean. We had an enjoyable stay. This is my fourth time staying in Little Harbor. Great amenities on-site, walkable, and relaxing.

My grandmother and I stayed here after hurricane Ian because she did not have water and electricty at her home. This townhouse was her home away from home. It was clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurants close by and went to the beach and pool.

Excellent location
We were in town to look at some property in Ruskin and this was the perfect location for us. The condo was clean, comfortable and just what we needed so that we all had our own space. The lock on the front door was quite confusing. Not getting in, but being able to tell if the door was locked from the inside (like when you are going to bed). The TV was also a little confusing to figure out with all the remotes. We eventually found the right one to use up in the bedroom. I would also suggest maybe some ant traps around the kitchen. One tiniest crumb on the floor and we had 1000 ants in there. Other that those few minor things, the townhouse was perfect. Plenty of towels, love that there were beach towels too, beds were comfy. Would definitely stay again.

The canal views of the boats going by from the back balconies were amazing. The location being within walking distance to the resort restaurants and beach made this the perfect vacation condo for my family and I. We would absolutely stay here again.
