The air conditioner started leaking in my room and the carpet was soaked. Other areas of carpet showed burn marks. I was moved to a room on the 1st floor right across from the noisy ice machine and closest to the elevator. I don't like being on the ground floor where windows are too easily accessed. Moving all of my belongings after the 1st night was a huge inconvenience. I did not feel safe. The 2nd room had no hot water. I took lukewarm showers and there was no bathtub. There was a note posted behind the toilet that said "do not flush toilet paper". Imagine the smell in the room from urine soaked tissue. The ac was not very cool and needed a dehumidifier. Damage to doors and walls from water was evident. Carpet damaged. This hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The staff was very nice though. I didn't sleep well because I did not feel safe and I was relocated to a noisy area. I will never stay here again.

I never received a refund and after calling multiple times, they are now saying the refund was not approved by George the manager, but the person who checked me told me multiple times, I would get a refund. Additionally Shalini the person at the front desk in the morning is the most rudest, unprofessional person ever. After speaking over me multiple, she tells me to stop calling and hung the phone up in my face. Do not stay at this hotel!
