We stayed for 2 nights (4 adults) and did not have hot water in the shower the entire stay. I thought it was a hotel problem and maybe the timing of our showers but the front desk said it was not. They would inform maintenance. Thats it. Two of us froze that first morning while the other two chose to not shower because of it. None of us took showers on that 2nd day before check-out because we couldnt. The water temperature was even colder the 2nd day. We were in Room 1320.

Hidden fees!!!
We we not told that valet parking was required, then we were informed that they charge $40/day plus tax, after they took our keys. Upon check-in, we were advised they charge $25/day "Urban Destination Charge" then you are billed even if the services are not requested. The evening reception was extremely disappointing, very limited drink options, the hors d'oeuvres were veggies, cheese, and nacho chips. For the breakfast, there was no juice available at all. For the most part the staff was pleasant and helpful, but one or two acted as if they could not be bothered with our concerns. The room smelled musty and one of the remotes for the tv did not work properly. The bathroom was "ok" clean. The hot water did not get hot if a lot of people were showering. Tipping was highly encouraged based on the QR codes placed all over the room and lobby. You are not allowed to pay for the valet service, that you didn't even want to utilize, with the room, you are forced to pay via their app.

This hotel is perfectly located by the Tampa Cruise, water taxis and the Tampa Bay Lighting Stadium. The area has awesome and the FREE Trolley Hub is located directly in front of the hotel! This area is so safe and nice would highly recommend!

A great hotel except parking
Went for a concert and stayed here. It’s very close to the arena, walking distance. They serve one of the best hotel breakfast. Only thing we didn’t care for was over $50 with tip for overnight parking.
