Even though the area experienced a hurricane and I longer had a need to travel there they refused to cancel my reservation. As a Hilton honors member I am extremely disappointed. This was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Front desk staff was a bit snarky, but the rest of the staff was lovely!! Walkable to restaurants and convenience stores.

I tried to reschedule this stay due to Hurricane Helene and Orbitz blamed the Hilton Garden Inn and the Hilton Garden Inn blamed Orbitz. It is utterly ridiculous that I was unable to reschedule this stay due to a major hurricane. It's a money-grab by both parties and I won't be staying at Hilton moving forward and I won't be using Orbitz for reservations moving forward.
