We love the Haya! Our favorite staycation spot, the perfect amount of options for activities but the hotel itself is peaceful. Love the restaurant, love the bar, love every inch of the place. We will be back yet again.

Rude staff and hidden fees.
The staff here is not friendly. The girls at check in were very rude and made no attempt to make me welcome as a guest at this hotel. Ask about the restock fee prior to checking in. They charge a $15 fee for having their staff restock the mini fridge. The hotel can not afford to pay their staff so they charge the customers a ridiculous fee to restock the mini bars in the rooms. I highly recommend staying anywhere else but this “hotel.”

Hotel Haya delivers, as always. Easily the best stay in the area Ybor world-class amenities = value for your money. Stylish decor rich in Tampa history. Great cafe and restaurant that offers some of the best dining options in the neighborhood. The staff is friendly and accommodating to guests' needs. I would recommend to anyone staying in this neighborhood. Happy holidays!

Hotel Haya is awesome..it was a fantastic experience from the valet to the front desk .. their people are incredible.. rooms are nice , updated , clean and quiet .. we had a balcony room and right outside was the trolley.. could barely hear when it went by .. restaurants were awesome .. we ate breakfast .. it was priced right and tasted great .. i had a carmel machiato iced .. it was better than Starbucks .. 10 out of 5 stars !! We'll definitely be back ...
