All staff was very nice. The area around the hotel is not nice and doesn’t feel safe. The condition and maintenance of the property is horrible. I would not stay here again!

Hotel was nice. Convenient to Bush Gardens. Room was nice and spacious. Only problem was the water pressure for shower was low. Bathroom had an Oder. Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

It was wonderful and very convenient to stay in this hotel. The price was reasonable, taking into account how close it is from Busch Gartens, Adventure Island, Mosi the Science museum and all the restaurants and fast food close by. Everything was easy and our room was very clean. The people working in this hotel were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Property needs to be refreshed, but is in adequate condition. Our fridge died, but maintenance was excellent and brought a replacement quickly. Breakfast was OK, but too many people to be able to get any. Worth the price and very conveniently located.

Breakfast is great, 24 hour coffee is great, the bar is not a bar, the pool is not heated, the location is really good. Close to Busch gardens, zoo, downtown depending on traffic. You do have to pay daily for parking, but pretty normal for everywhere in Tampa. Elevators are really scary and slow. We had to open the doors ourselves a couple times. We mentioned it at the front desk & they said, oh ya, they do that some times. We also told the maids to stay out of our room, that we were good& they came in when we were gone anyway.( we have a lot a medications that we have had problems with before so we just don't like anyone in). All the staff at the front desk were very helpful from directions, discounts or any questions we had.

We stayed one night to go to Busch Gardens. It was close to the theme park and stores to pick up essentials. Our room was dated and the air conditioning vent was broken. Room was very spacious.

not what I expected from HYATT
First they gave me a room that I didnt ask for. Had to go back down which took forever because the elevators are slow. Then we got the room that I had reserved and it smelled terrible. Went back to get a different room. I was not comfortable staying here because I didnt feel it was cleaned well. The WHOLE BUILDING needs renovation. It smells. Also the hotels.com did not say there was a fee involved for parking. We had to pay 13/day for parking and it was onsite. Not like they did not have enough parking space. Did not understand the fee I should be reimbursed
