Liked the breakfast chef. Very considerate. The place was dirty and should be closed for renovations. It is in a state of disrepair. There are several distasteful odors throughout the property. The place should be fumigated.

We were there to escape flooding from the hurricane and it was fine. The room was very clean and spacious and we appreciated the microwave. The only thing is that the elevator in that property is really old and needs to be looked at.

I thought the breakfast options were real good as they had scrambled eggs with both bacon and sausage in addition to the normal options. For me, it was located perfectly between TPA airport and Riverview. Room was spacious and had all the amenities - fridge, microwave and coffee maker. My stay was short so I didn't use all of these, but will consider coming back in the future.

Proximity of property was good for Tampa visit with family. Hurricane Helene put a damper on the visit. Felt safe during storm. Debris from trees was quickly cleaned up day after storm. Breakfast was surprisingly good for hotel fare. Loved the bacon, good and crispy. The outside paint could use a refresher and the toilets have a new, to me, contraption in the tank that was a little startling at first but when a muted sound similar was heard it really became amusing. Overall we loved the stay and if the opportunity arises to return to Tampa we would most likely stay, for the right price.
