This Modern Oasis has a style all of it’s own. We welcome you and your family to sit back and enjoy your home away from home. Please feel free to be at comfort in this 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom luxurious home. We offer a heater pool with a beautiful outdoor space perfect for any age along with a barbecue and a kids park where they can let their imaginations run wild as you sit back and enjoy some much needed relaxation time. If you are looking for some outdoor fun, we recommend going to Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, the Zoo, airport and downtown. We are also close to one of the highest rated beaches in Florida: Clearwater Beach. There are many things to do in Tampa and we hope we can accompany you in them. Clean home, quiet neighborhood
Overall this is a good choice to stay for a landing spot if you are in town for a day or two. Very clean. Very quiet and well kept neighborhood. Home is very pretty inside with all newer upgrades. Only issue was safety. Listing states no carbon monoxide detectors and advised to bring a portable which we did. Also started there are fire alarms but there is only one in the whole house, and upon arrival there was a candle burning. The other saftey concern especially with children is there is no pool fence and the back door does not have any kind of childproof lock, in fact the deadbolt doesn’t even lock, just the handle. Very easy for kids to get into the pool without anyone knowing. But the home is lovely, the owner was lovely,

A wonderful contemporary pool home that was relaxing and fun to call home for a few days. Pool stays warm with solar heat...so very nice! I enjoyed the stillness and quiet of a major urban area which is unusual to find in a large metro area like Tampa/St.Pete.

This property is so nice, very clean. It's a really nice neighborhood. There is someone living in the garage, but they were very discreet. We had great time in the pool. The only weird thing is there's no wall between the master bedroom and the master bath, so not much privacy. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating if we needed anything. We really enjoyed staying at this property.

Perfect house with great hosts
The house was a great for for the needs of our family. Everyone had their own bed, the pool was great, centrally located in North Tampa with very close interstate access. There is a tenant in the garage apartment, this wasn't an issue. No privacy concerns at all and he has very polite the couple of times we saw him. The hosts were very responsive and proactive with any issues and you can tell they work very hard to make their guests feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tampa.

We ere only able to be in town for the night but we would love to come back and enough the property. Has little playground and pool for the kids to play with nice cover area were the adults can hang out. The home is beautiful. Mattress need some work but other than that the stay was great.

We absolutely love this home. It was spacious and welcoming. Plenty of room and within an hour of everything. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. My only suggestion would be to get a bigger coffee pot.😄 ☕️ We will definitely stay here again, if we are ever in the Tampa area.

Great property in a nice location
We stayed in this property 03/24/24 & 03/25/24. It is in a very convenient location. The home was the perfect size for our family and we really enjoyed the pool. Neighborhood was quiet and it was a short commute to everywhere we needed to be. Home is beautiful and was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend and we will stay here for any future visits to Tampa. Great communication with the host as well.
