Paradise! This new larger home is spacious, furnished townhome and located in the popular Epperson Lagoon Community. It's just a short 7-minute walk to the lagoon where you can enjoy a beautiful resort style beach setting. Sit back and relax on the beach, enjoy the music, swim up bar and the huge outdoor screen tv where you can watch sporting events and movies provided by the Lagoon for your the family to enjoy.

Additionally, the townhome is located just 5-15 minutes from most popular shopping stores, malls, and the Tampa Outlets. With just a 30–60-minute drive, you will find other major Attractions like Clearwater Beach, St. Petersburg Beach, Bush Gardens, Disney, the Tampa Zoo, and the Aquarium for your enjoyment.

The townhome features 10ft high ceilings, plenty of recessed lighting throughout, a kitchen stocked with utensils, a center island with 4 stylist bar stools, a comfortable funished living room near the dining area and sliding glass door that leads to the backyard furnished patio.

Super Clean and Quiet
Host was very responsive. Our stay was comfortable, and the pictures were a true reflection of the accommodations. We were in for a family event and enjoyed our downtime while not at the event. Would highly recommend it, especially for those who are vacationing and going to the Lagoon amusement park area. It was in walking distance (long walk) and is a great place to stay with your family couples or just friends.

Perfect spot for family to stay!
This is a great location to visit the lagoon and the Tampa Bay Area! The host was extremely helpful and available for any questions and the home was clean and very nice. I would highly recommend this one, our family had a wonderful time.

Fantastic! Excellent place to stay.
The home felt home with plenty of room. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. It was identical to the listing which is very key to my requirements. The neighborhood was very nice. The home was close to a grocery store, easy access to the event place and shopping. I will look no further into any other place to stay when in this area. Love the place and our host was fabalous. We stayed for a long weekend. The property was Very clean and had everything we needed. Close to Krate city and Epperson Lagoon. We did not need to contact the host at all during our stay but she sent a couple messages making sure we had everything we needed and offered to help with any questions we may have had. This property was very close to family we have in the area, will definitely be staying again!

It was just the two of us, but this beautiful condo is perfect for a family. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen is equipped with basic necessities to put a nice meal together. The lagoon looks awesome. Relaxing with tons of activities available
The home was very clean (I'm a neat freak so this is a big deal to me) and our host Yvonne was amazing! She provided information about local area activities and was consistently available. The location was perfect, centrally located to tons of shopping, eating, and fun activities without a traffic jam or a hassle. The home is in a very walkable family oriented neighborhood. The Epperson Lagoon was within walking distance (minutes). The kids had a blast there playing at the Lagoon and we thought it was pretty unique. Traffic was light and the local community and surrounding area were pristine. Yvonne truly wants her guests to have the best experience. I remember when reading previous guest reviews some had made suggestions and Yvonne instituted those changes (such as tables and lamps by each of the beds). I cannot rave enough about this home. THANKS Yvonne for a great experience.

Perfect Location!
This house was so clean it still smelled new! Big rooms, nice kitchen and living space. Great space for our family of 5. It was a 1 hour drive to Weeki Wachee, 10 min to publix and the large lagoon, 15 min to Krate for dinner (owner recommendation which was awesome). We qould atay here again and recommend to anyone as well.
