The sheets weren’t clean and something was biting us. When we asked to change the sheets they said we have to change the room because no one is here from house keeping. We had to go and bring the sheets ourselves to change them. I would never go back.

The stay was uneventful. Enjoyed the fact the the transfer to the cruise port was easy. Simple breakfast. All in all good for the money. FYI, one building does not have an elevator which they put us in on the second floor, very last room from the office, even though we booked the hotel 5 months in advance. I guess that was the punishment for us for booking with a third party.

The property was conveniently located but there were several issues with the room. 1. Possibly because of the amount of rain yesterday but the bathroom consistently smelled of sewer. 2. The toilet seat was missing a screw and nut so it would slide from side to side when my wife would sit on it and she felt like she was going to fall in or off the toilet. 3. The living/bedroom area was nice but we could hear everything outside after 11pm. We don’t care about that, but other may who choose to stay here. 4. Sue at the front desk was amazing and so helpful! She was the highlight of our stay!!
