The staff was amazing and the room was exactly as photographed. I would stay again, however it is worth noting that it is close to the interstate and some homeless people congregated around the area (not the hotel itself). I felt safe because of the measures put into place at the hotel (key for entry, back gate locked after 10pm). I was a little disappointed that the gym was out of order during our stay, it was one the main reasons we booked the hotel (aside from being close to the concert venue).

I stayed at quality Inn during hurricane Milton. I felt safe despite the extreme wind and rain. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. I had a refrigerator, but no microwave. However, the hallway and staircase stunk of cigarette smoke. Additionally, when the hotel lost power due to the hurricane, there was no emergency lighting in the staircase or hallways.

The general manager Tiki Dennis was very accommodating and friendly. Staff is very nice as well. The hotel itself is perfect for a quick stay and is affordable. It also has a very nice outside/ pool area.

Rating misleading, hotel awful
I chose this hotel based on the hotels.com star rating. I was deceived. The check-in was excruciatingly slow, there was a large group of people partying in the parking lot, graffiti in the elevator, and the room was dirty. The beds were particularly uncomfortable with my child stating that sleeping on the floor would have been preferable. We skipped the “breakfast” as nothing looked like it was safe to eat. I would NOT stay here again nor recommend this hotel to anyone.
