interior and exterior amenity areas are amazing the absolute, local, best value for Amazingness! just spent the weekend my family & best friends family for my birthday. Beyond my expectations overall. I'd like to share some constructive feedback the living room rug has several color contrasting stains yellow on white shag rug (dog urine) the sofa also needs to be spot cleaned washable rugs would be best as a standard sanitary practice with frequency of guests with pets. I absolutely think its amazing that you're dog friendly I will absolutely book again!!

The staff was amazing, especially Ashley. She made us feel right at home. Definitely Roost Tampa is the place to stay when you’re here. We went on a week long cruise and when we returned, they remembered us by name and gave us an upgrade and early check in. This place is Amazing!!! And I highly recommend to everyone.

What a marvelous hotel! We only stayed for one night and I wish we had stayed longer. We got the studio and it was spacious and beautifully appointed. Wonderful kitchen space. Meticulously clean… not one crumb or anything in the kitchen area or in any drawers. The kitchen was stocked with glasses, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, and more! Absolutely amazing stay! Thank you Roost!!

They did not tell me it would be and additional 250.00 hold on my Credit Card. Besides that and i could not figure out how to turn up the TV, called the front deck and no one ever came.

Front deck was rude when i was asking questions when i first was checking in, thankfully i didn’t that see that lady for the rest of my stay. The people i saw that front counter after my first day were great helped me and anything i needed and gave good recommendation's for food and spots to hang. The co living room walls are thin and can hear a lot if someone is loud and can hear doors closing and opening. The rooms were super clean and the cleaning staff was great! Will come back!
