Staff are so friendly and helpful, specially at front desk Room is so comfortable with nice bed, amenities, shower. Specially the pressure of water and water temperature are fantastic! One thing which I want them to change is the car parking. sometimes very hard to find the spot Otherwise I had a pleasant stay and can recommend to others!!!

The property is undergoing renovations. It is looking so much better than before. No issues aside from one of our rooms had water leaking from the ceiling within the lights above the fridge. But I hope that gets resolved. Otherwise its a decent property and the rooms are nice for the price. I will definitely stay again. Cant wait until the property renovations are completed and I hope they expand their parking lot to the property behind.

It was a good and comfortable one night stay. The hotel is still under construction however the friendly staff made up for it. Good location near the ocean and relatively close to Guam’s main airport

Parking can be limited especially when restaurant is full and around dining times. The overflow parking was not paved and can get a little wet and muddy after rains.

The parking was ok and had to use the unpaved overflow parking. The bathrooms did not have any hanging places and towel racks for the towels and also clothes when we are in the bathroom. Room also did not have closet space for hanging clothes or a decent dresser for clothes, etc. These were the main complaints or shortcomings. Maybe it is still new and needs to put these items in the room.

We booked this room for its low cost for 3 nights as we were visiting Guam for a funeral. We enjoyed this property as it was clean, quiet, and staff was very attentive. There is some construction on the outside, the pics online is what you see, and the inside (bldg or room) does not smell. The bed was comfy and clean (everything is white!). We booked the two twin beds (2 adults and a 4yo) no kitchen. It was a small room but it was good enough for us. TV, mini fridge, chairs, safe, and desk in room. They provide all the bathroom amenities from cotton balls to shampoo. Room wasn’t serviced if your luggage is open or some items are left out, which was fine, they at least took out the trash and replaced towels. There was a walk in shower that I felt made the bathroom wet, we had the mat that caught most of the water. We would stay here again, may get a bigger room if we stayed longer.
