The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The room was probably the cleanest I have ever seen any hotel room. Very pleasant grounds and surroundings. Very quiet. No complaints at all.

We were in town for several days with a pet. Thai room was CLEAN and smelled great! The room came with slippers!! Getting fresh towels and an iron was super easy. The staff was always so nice and accommodating. The whole property is under going a renovation. The cafe served delicious coffees and breakfast! It was a local spot too! Locals came in just for coffee and conversation. We loved our entire stay!

Clean and updated.
The location is good. Not w/in walking distance to the center of town but that is ok. They hotel is going through an update process so it had some workers on site in the morning but it was not an issue. The room was modernized and clean. Although I did find a couple of dead bugs on the floor. (Not the kind of bugs creep you out). The beds are comfortable however, foundations are metal and if you get too close you will bang them with your foot and they are LOUD. So careful if you don’t want to wake your roommate up during a late night trip to the bathroom.

WE HAD TROUBLE GETTING OUR KEY TO WORK, CALLED THE FRONT OFFICE AND THE STAFF WAS VERY ATTENTIVE. THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY AND SET US UP WITH A NEW KEY IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION. THE ROOM WE STAYED IN WAS RECENTLY REMODLED, IT WAS VERY NICE. COMFORTABLE BEDS. I COULD GO ON AND ON. DEFINATELY WOULD RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

I loved this place! Clean, updated rooms. The absolute best staff I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Comfortable bed and a very large TV with plenty of choices. Great parking and coffee shop too! This is the place to stay for sure!

Staff was accommodating, coffee shop is lovely and a great place to meet up with friends, just wish there was a cafe on site. Liked being able to drive right up to the room. The exterior is beautifully landscaped and quiet.

Spacious room - space could be used more effective
Jelena at the front desk was delightful. spacious room, comfortable bed, nice shower, minimal seating. Just 2 hard chairs. The room is large enough for a love seat or a couple of upholstered arm chairs and a small table and lamp. We had to sit on the bed to watch TV or read. AC worked well. No in room recycling. Desk had a basic hard chair - should be a task chair.
