This was awful. The shower had black mold and after trying to take a shower, we had to wash our feet in the sink to remove all the black. Reported this to the staff and they just offered extra points in the loyalty program.

This place is nice, clean, comfy beds, and great water pressure in the shower. My only tiny issue was that the usb ports for charging didn't work. Not that big of a deal for me. The breakfast was one of the best I've had while traveling.

This hotel needs some maintenance, the shower curtain was held on with zip ties, the original room we were given would not unlock correctly. The air conditioner in the room made squeaking noises all the time, we couldn’t hardly sleep the place is just getting run down.

The room was so spacious, clean, comfortable. The beds were clean and comfortable. Staff was wonderful. Grandchildren loved the indoor pool. Did not eat the free breakfast but it looked delicious.

Staff was ok. Room was very dirty. Breakfast was disgusting. Things were to salty, not cooked all the way. We like to stay in a clean place with a pool and breakfast the next day so we don’t have to leave to go get breakfast. In this case we had to leave.

I brought my support animal and there was no additional charge. Thank you. I really appreciate your kindness. I did however wish on the weekends you would extend your breakfast another hour. Just a thought.

First room there was hair on bedding, then bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. Was moved to another room then room cards failed twice had to go get new ones . Cookies were nice though each night.

Perfect for the working one
I can recognize that a person/family whos looking for a nice vacation hotel might find fault in some of the paint or fixtures. For our needs it was perfect. Towlea and sheets were clean, shower was spotless. Breakfast was exaxtly what i needed before a long day of hauling, we shall certainly be back. Quality access for large rigs and horse trailers but call ahead and ask for specifics, the front desk proffesionals are more than willing to help.

When I checked in, the clerk made me aware of the Non-Smoking Policy of the property. My room was on the third floor, upon getting off the elevator, the smell of marijuana smoke was heavy. This was the case all the way down to end of the hall. Once in my room with the door shut, it was not bothersome. I noticed that there were several construction type guests, and I realize they are probably regular guests and Comfort Inn benefits from their business. However, the smell is so strong that it may be offensive to other guests, especially those with children. Drug use also tends to accompany bad behavior, which could be why I was woken up at 6:00am to a domestic dispute that made its way from a room, to the hall, then to the parking lot below. All this being said, my stay overall, was actually pretty good. The staff was nice. Hotel room was clean. I've stayed at Comfort Inn in several southern cities over the years and this was my only complaint. I will continue to schedule stays with this chain. Just wanted to make management aware of this situation.
