Carol and Rex were excellent hosts. They helped when needed but otherwise gave us our privacy. The unit was exceptional. Clean, large king bed, large bathroom w/ separate tub and shower - great water pressure! Lovely living/ sitting area and they even made their outdoor available to us. We hope to return again in 2025 for another month. Thank you Carol and Rex! Kia Ora until we meet again..

A nice cosy place very relaxing, great hosts who are nice and friendly but also gave us our privacy. The pool was lovely. We enjoyed a much needed get-away in a really cool area loads of things to do. Thanks

We found this property as described, warm clean and cozy. The pool was a bonus, the house is set in a lovely quiet safe neighbourhood just down the road from Katikati and 40 minutes from Tauranga
