Overall this property is a good place to stay. Very walkable to most locations in old Tbilisi. Hotel host/manager was fantastic! Went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable! Cleaning staff was a little slow and didnā€™t clean our room until very late in the day. Overall the staff and facilities were very good.

Wonderful staff made everyone feel at home. Interesting building and layout. Great location that is convenient for the metro but not excessively ā€œtouristyā€. Guests sensitive to noise should be aware that the hotel has a restaurant in an internal courtyard and one side also faces on to a narrow but very busy road. Rooms have excellent sound proofing and Iā€™m sure staff can accommodate requests for rooms in other parts of the hotel. A very enjoyable stay.

The rooms are spacious and quiet, the area around is pretty decent ..about a 10 minute walk to the metro. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok, nothing special, but was included. Price is reasonable, so would definitely stay again in a future trip.
