Welcome to XanDie's!
Executive-style large modern 3-bedroom home. Sleeps (9 people), 1 x King Bed, 1 x Queen Bed, 1 x Double Bed and 3 x Single Beds with 2 x Bathrooms. Separate outdoor cabin (Dbl bed) with outside cold shower.
Epic big game Fishing/Diving at your doorstep, 3 kms to Waihau Bay boat ramp and Waihau Bay Lodge/store. All day sun and superb sea views all the way to the East Cape. Enjoy the large glass sliding doors that completely open up for easy indoor-outdoor living with a full-size deck running along the front of the house. There is a large lawn fully fenced with plenty of room for boats and parking and the odd tent or two (approval required).
Walk-in Chiller for your game fishing needs (Please enquire) and an outside fish cleaning area for your use.
Nearby are the Waihau Bay Store (All basic supplies, ice, bait and fuel), and the Waihau Bay Lodge (bar and restaurant). Walk the beautiful Oruaiti Beach 100 meters away, a great place to swim, snorkel or fish off the shore.

Rock pools for exploring close historical Raukokere Church 5 minutes away by car.
A superb location to take advantage of all that Waihau Bay has to offer.
