On the ground floor is located next to an entrance hall with toilet, the large living room with wooden floor and wooden ceiling, hand-crafted furniture and a kitchenette. Upstairs with its balcony and the cozy beamed walls are: hallway with dresser, bedroom with double bed and open passage to a smaller room with a single bed and a shower room with toilet.

The Gschwandlerhof situated on a sunny southern slope on the outskirts of the city Tegernsee. Peace and sun can be enjoyed on the lawn at a small pond throughout the day. Hiking and cycling start directly from the farm. The town center and the lake by car only a few minutes. Schlechteste Fewo die wir je besucht haben
Check in :( , Wohnung war belegt bei Anreise, Sehr viele Spinnweben überall, modriger Geruch im ganzen Haus, Sofa roch nach Keller, Toilette wackelt im OG, Wohnung wurde erst Abend 18 Uhr geheizt, Fenster mußten alle zu sein, sonst hätte er die Heizung nicht angemacht, WLAN krottenschlecht, nur auf Couch erreichbar, dreckiger Besteckkasten, für Hausstaubmilbenallergiker sehr ungeeignet, Fenster von außen zu öffnen, Handtücher und Wischtücher nur nach Nachfrage erhalten, Abreise erfolgte einen Tag eher wegen unfreundlichem Vermieter, Warmwasser Abend erst nach ca 5 min da, Kind hat öfter nach lauwarmen Duschen heisses Wasser abbekommen, es könnte mal ein neuer Duschkopf installiert werden, waren nicht zufrieden und würden es niemanden empfehlen..

Sympathische Ferienwohnung am Berg
Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung. Sie liegt gut am Berg und bisschen abseits vom Trubel am See. Gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, der Vermieter ist sehr nett und super hilfsbereit. Danke noch einmal dafür!

Anfahrtsweg zur Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer guten Lage aber die Zufahrtsstraße ist bei jeder Fahrt eine Herausforderung. Die Straße ist unübersichtlich und nur einspurig Befahrbar.

Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was für einen entspannten Urlaub nötig ist. Alles sehr sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich um das Wohl ihrer Gäste. Ein Autoparkplatz ist gleich vor dem Haus. Die Ferienwohnung ist trotz Nähe zur Straße nach GP sehr ruhig gelegen.Bis nach Garmisch-Patenkirchen sind es 6km. Es gibt einen Radweg und auch eine Busanbindung. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Elvira und Werner Wrensch aus Braunschweig

ruhige Woche, gerne wieder Tegernsee jedoch nicht mehr in dieser Unterkunft
Lage und Umgebung sehr schön. Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte zwingend dringend aufgehübscht werden. Ölgeruch in Toilette EG sehr störend.
