Good hotel, well appointed, great staff efficient, attentive without being overbearing. Room cleanliness excellent, friendly, will happily work to your schedule, not intrusive. Studio /suite, appartment had everything if needed., didnt try cooker, but all hygenic. Bathroom fine, needs a reseal, and mirror silvering a bit spotted. Aircon perfect and adjustable. Tv ok. Balcony clean tidy sturdy furniture. Hotel next to safe sandy beach and well laid out promenade, nice views. Near restaurants, bars, local shops, public tramsport.

I feel sad that I have no choice but to give a terrible rating after my stay at THB Lanzorate beach. The hotel has a lot going for it, but unfortunately for us, the following things let it down massively and effected our stay significantly. 1) the aircon, is horrendous. It’s the worst aircon we’ve ever experienced in a hotel. We had it on for our stay, but it didn’t make the room any colder. This unfortunately affected my sleep, as I was too hot at night. We had to leave our barcony door open to try and cool the room. I could tell we weren’t the only people having this problem, as we noticed so many other hotel guests leaving their balcony doors open late at night. 2) the bed is a joke, the beds rolled around as they were on wheels and was so squeaky. Another reason I didn’t get a good nights sleep during our stay, as because whenever I was toss and turn the bed would roll around and make a noise. We requested a double room, we were given two single beds pushed up against eachother. Which is fine, we’ve had this before in other hotels. The issue was the two beds, were not hooked together, so my partner and I basically had a single bed each. These are the two biggest issues about the hotel. The staff were great, the facilities were great and the location was perfect. But due to the above issues, I had a rubbish nights sleep during our 4 night stay. So I can’t honestly give this hotel a glowing review

The staff were excellent, room was ok. My bed moved as ine leg lower than the other 3, lighting didnt work in the room and it is need of a revamp. Food was terrible. Paid for AI but ate out. Overall not great, but would return on bed and breakfast basis as location was perfect.

Staff are friendly at all times, always happy to help, most staff are bilingual so understand English really well if you’re unable to learn Spanish. Rooms are immaculate and spacious.

The staff front desk staff are amazing. They were responsive to our questions of which we had more than a few. The breakfast that came with the room was ok but nothing that really stood out. The rooms need some work. Our hvac barely worked even after maintenance did what they could. The floors of our room seemed to never really get cleaned. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows leave much to be desired. The bathroom door had pretty bad water damage that made it very hard to open and close it. We had a HUGE cockroach that made its way into our room but that’s something that will happen, they are east to get out. The Irish pub on site was fun and they had pretty good drinks. There’s plenty of Food places around the hotel to eat and some Shopping. The pool was great and most of the staff at the hotel were great. I probably wouldn’t stay here again if visiting the island.

Shabby little room view of brick wall kettle with no cups or anything else very small and dingy opened wardrobe door and could not get to loo till shut if I had paid jet2 prices for that room would have wanted refund as twice price with them but good deal from hotels.com

Positives the entertainment staff were good and Abdul in bar was great. Room large and good view. Pool bar was nice. Negatives it needs money spending. Pool was dirty and food was terrible in the restaurant and too hot a room.

You get what you pay for really. Booked a 3 bed superior room but it definitely wasnt superior and the 3rd bed was a pillow on the settee. Had fridge and cooker and hob but no pans or plates or cutlery. Also found an old sock under the bed so wasnt cleaned properly. Wasnt super unhappy with it. It was just standard.

We booked it as THB Hotel but it's a BE LIVE Hotel, signage Infront is limited. Easy access to the beach/promenade Shops and restaurants close by (many still closed in May) Rooms are ok, the shower room could do with a redesign. Stub your toe on the door stop, have to stand in the shower to open the door. Rooms are clean and towels changed when requested. Some noisy (British) guests in the courtyard and pool area. There's a pool bar, buffet restaurant and second restaurant. Fair selection of food in the pool bar and buffet with small changes to dishes daily. MYLOS has a set menu sadly it doesn't look like it changes, the food was okd we enjoyed the desserts. Advertise 2 pools it's really a children's paddle pool and main pool. People still put towel out before 8am, some leave their towels overnight!! Annoying behaviour because they can hold a pool chair for days and it can be difficult to find a space by the pool in the afternoon They have badminton and table tennis however it's the same space so only one sport at any given time. Parking is not great, there are /- 15 space in front of the hotel. Busy times you have to park further away or wait for someone to leave. They host regular shows and performance which was unexpected and some were enjoyable. The evening bar team are great and make sure you have drinks at your table.

Second stay this year at this hotel, it’s clean and comfortable and a reasonable AI hotel. Food is fine, good selection at breakfast, we didn’t eat dinner as we like to eat out. Entertainment was good especially the ABBA Tribute and the day time activities were ongoing the team didn’t stop! I would recommend if you like a chilled time, it’s a slightly older client group and not much for kids. There is a rebrand but nothing seems to have changed. We had a sea view room which was lovely but despite having all the amenities in the room microwave fridge hob and kettle there was absolutely no crockery or cutlery. I would probably stick with a pool view next time as it’s less windy. Lovely stay on the whole.

Clean, comfortable modern hotel
Room was very modern, clean and comfortable. There was a fridge, kettle and microwave on the s mall kitchen area but no dishes etc, not sure if this is because we were all inclusive. The all inclusive was good value and there was loads of variety although it did a bit monotonous towards the end of the week. The pool area was clean but the beds were all on top of one another, too busy for us. There is a small terrace area away from the pool with few loungers there. Wherever you want to sit you'll need to be early to get a place.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Can't fault anything really other than the shower did lack water pressure. Pool was very good, modern light weight sun beds..Food really good, massive choice. Nightly entertainment. Daily entertainment poolside. Great. Thank you to all the hardworking sraff

Really friendly staff , all inclusive is great value for families as there is a wide variety of food and drinks provided. Rooms are average size but each have a nice balcony for mornings and evenings.
