The villa is distributed on two floors and a rooftop, the ground floor has a living room-kitchen, bathroom with shower, laundry room and terrace, on the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, up the stairs we find a large and beautiful rooftop overlooking the sea and the spectacular Risco de Famara, where you can enjoy an area for sunbathing, eating or sitting.
