The adjacent kitchen features clean, minimalist cabinetry, a waterfall island with seating, and premium appliances, making it a functional yet stylish space for cooking and entertaining. The dining table, positioned near the large sliding glass doors, offers a seamless transition to the outdoor patio, where you’ll find a hot tub, firepit, and multiple seating areas for relaxation or social gatherings. The balcony extends the outdoor living space further with its grill, outdoor fireplace, and seating.

- The maximum occupancy is 14 people.
- The maximum number of cars is 4.
- There are two parking spaces available in the two car garage and two spaces in the driveway.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
