Great location - close to historic center, although struggled a bit finding it, the entrance is tucked away in a corner. Friendly & Helpful Staff - super nice, polite & professional Lovely Breakfast Rooms - bit dated & mattress wasn’t comfortable. Looks like for one adult, even if you book a double, you get room with 2 single beds joined together.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! They were so accommodating. The room was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel was located in a great spot, with lots of dining options around. I would certainly recommend this beautiful place.

Super location. The breakfast was served on an elegant table setting. The gentleman who served breakfast was very professional and friendly. All of the staff were very helpful. Great bed and shower. The only improvement that would nice would be to replace the aging carpet in the room with a hard surface floor. We highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, safe, in the middle of the historic center and because of that it is the very best location. Breakfast is wonderful and the staff is the friendliest I’ve ever met anywhere. They are willing to help and accommodate you always with a genuine smile on their faces. For sure, if I return to Guimaraes, I will stay right there again!

The hotel staff were excellent. The room was a nice size and very clean. They had an excellent breakfast. The hotel is in a very good location and is in walking distance to everything. The parking is limited but the staff offers valet service to accommodate their guests which was greatly appreciated.

Lovely property on the edge of the old town. Parking interesting but quickly sorted. Excellent and helpful staff. Great room and wonderful breakfast in the morning. Cannot rate it too highly. Very convenient to explore the old town.
