Absolute gem in Brighton!
Absolutely wonderful from the friendly welcome to the beautifully comfortable room with lots of thoughtful touches to the delicious breakfast and sad departure, couldn't want a nicer place to stay. The hosts were two of the nicest people! Will definitely be back!

We had the basement room with the private garden and it was absolutely charming. Our hosts were great and the breakfast was delicious and more than ample. The location was great for a walkable Brighton weekend (pier, lanes, waterfront etc). I would stay there again!

Great hotel in the middle of a very busy street. Parking can be hard to find! Room was clean, modern and not too small for two people. Breakfast was outstanding. Great service!

From arriving at Brightonwave, we were made to feel very welcome, it was spotlessly clean, our room had everything we needed and more. The breakfast menu was very good and the cooked breakfast we chose was fantastic. We will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to everyone.

An excellent B&B, comfortable, clean, convenient for both Marina, beach and Lanes shopping area. Lots of restaurants close by. Bedding pristine, bed comfortable, little touches like fruit, biscuits, fridge, coffee machine all added to the welcome feel. Hosts are helpful and charming. Breakfast choices and standard top notch. You won’t be disappointed….
From the moment we were greeted until we left, we had a fantastic stay. The two fellas run a beautiful place with attention to detail in all areas. The extras in the rooms, the freshly cooked breakfast, with everything you can eat and more, high quality bed linen and toiletries. We had a great stay at the property everything very clean and tidy. We stayed in the room with the garden witch was lovely. The breakfast was very tasty lots of choice. The guy's who run the property are great nothing to much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

Terrific budget-friendly place to stay in Brighton
Brightonwave has everything you need and little that you don't need. Great location close to the shore and Brighton Palace Pier. Close to the action of Brighton, but still quiet. A short taxi ride from the train station (or 20 minute walk). A very short walk (less than 5 minutes) to the Pool Valley coach station (National Express buses to Gatwick and Heathrow). Richard and Simon are friendly and helpful and serve up a good breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Can't go wrong here, if you can manage to snag a reservaton.
