Not what you would expect from an Embassy Suites: toilet couldn’t flush, ants crawling around the bathroom, shower had no pressure. Other than that it was fine. Survivable for one night.

AC issues
Had some issues with the AC. They changed our room and the AC was so loud it was hard to hear the TV. Luckily it wasnt a hot week so we didnt need it all the time. They said someone would come up to check it out but nobody ever came. Also said it would be too hard for us to move again. Other than that we had a great stay. Breakfast is good.

The room was really dirty. Very noisy and really looked unkept. We couldn’t check in to after 5 due to housekeeping. Literally hair all in our shower. Stains on the carpet. Refrigerator barely cold. Loud noises randomly, light switches that didn’t work. Stains and marks throughout the entire room. I would never stay at an embassy suites again. 0/10
