Great staff and service. Building, garden and pools conditions a area also great. TV must and remote controles need improvements. Over all, we have a greate stay.

No hay donde dejar los coches, en la noche te permiten guardarlos junto a la alberca, pero no los acomodan. Nos levantaron a las 6am porque otro huesped tenia que salir. El rumbo es feo como para dejarlos en la calle. La persona que estaba en lanoche muy grosera No servia ni la tv ni el aire

Las almohadas estaban bastante sucias, pareciera que no habian sido lavadas en meses. En general la parte de afuera bastante bien, pero el cuarto bastante sucio.

La peor experiencia que hemos tenido!
Terrible experiencia. De los peores hospedajes que he tenido. Al entrar al cuarto era sumamente evidente el deterioro y la humedad en las paredes y al entrar al baño vimos una cucaracha muerta. Fuimos a recepción a reclamar y tuvimos que limpiarla nosotros, después salimos y al regresar vemos otra cucaracha muerta, terrible, los niños estaban asustados. Los muebles del baño, tanto WC como lavabo estaban flojos y se movían, no teníamos aire acondicionado, las sábanas estaban sucias con manchas!!! Asqueroso!! Luego la TV no se apagaba, se tenía que desconectar. Desde que ves mensajes que dicen que por favor no te orines o vomites en las sábanas, ya es terrible, luego no tienen estacionamiento y te hacen darles las llaves para que metan el auto al jardín y ni mencionar el estado del mismo y de la alberca, de pena de verdad. Podría seguir mencionando cosas, como el jabón Rosa Venus de hotel de paso y el shampoo de sobre, terrible, de pena! y que te pidan que tires el papel higiénico en el bote es de lo más insalubre que existe, no, en verdad la experiencia más desagradable que se puedan imaginar. Entendería perfectamente si el costo de la habitación hubiera sido de menos de la mitad, pero no pagué ese monto por hospedarme en un cuchitril de quinta. La peor experiencia por mucho!
