There is a fully open and spacious living room and kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools for 2, and on the terrace there is an outdoor dining table for 6 to enjoy your meals with the refreshing sound of the ocean breeze.

In the living room, the l-shaped sofa and the huge tv will make your movie nights a delight, a perfect spot to get together. The kitchen includes modern stainless steel appliances and all the utensils and kitchenware that a modern house requires to make you feel at home. French doors open to the huge terrace where contemporary outdoor rattan furniture awaits for you to relax and disconnect while overlooking the beautiful landscape.

When it comes to rest, we got you covered! There is one bedroom with a king-size bed and another with two single beds that can be joined into a perfect king bed upon request. Both of them have top-of-the-line mattresses, and linens so you can wake up fully reset thanks to the blackout curtains as well, not to mention the huge closets. The bathrooms are en-suite and minimalistic and convenient with double vanities. There is an extra hall bath for your convenience as well.

The house is fully equipped with A/C, ceiling fans, cable TV, high-speed internet, as well as a laundry room for your convenience. As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap. There are other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more!!!

This unit can be combined with the one next door to create a 4 bedroom and 5 bathroom oasis for up to 8 people. They connect each other through the front gate, perfect for families or groups of friends that want to gather together and also have privacy. The ideal vacation home! In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.

The parking lot for two cars is for free. Now parking at our property is autonomously and more environmentally friendly with a reusable card that you’ll receive upon arrival. If the card is not returned or missing, there will be a $50 USD replacement fee. - Child Pass (8 to 12 years): $15 USD + 13% VAT, with $10 redeemable in consumables. Children under 8 enjoy free entry with limited access.

- Swim & Gym Pass: $20 USD + 13% VAT for access between 7 am and 10 am. Perfect for early birds! Hours may vary, and access is limited.

- Non-Member LC Pass: At $30 USD + 13% VAT, with $15 redeemable in consumables. Reservations required. Available for guests staying within the LC condominium.

- Day Pass: $70 USD + 13% VAT - $50 redeemable in consumables, accessible for anyone staying off condominium premises (Reservations Required), no Seasonal priority Limited Access.
