In addition to the extensive internal space, the balcony, the house benefits from a large garden, approximately half an acre, that is professionally maintained and features a wide range of plants and trees, a kiosk – ideal for those summer night barbecues, and a detached building used as storage.

Is located in the village Kouloura with its own sandy beach 1km away and 40km from town Larissa. It is ideally located to explore the local amenities and historical places.
