Right near the main drag that takes you to all the beautiful wineries, Tin City or just a few minutes to downtown Paso Robles. Also only 2 miles from “Hope family wines” which was recently named 2022 American winery of the year by Wine Enthusiast’s.

-THE SPACE

This sparkling clean Templeton Gem has everything you are looking for and more! It's situated in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to Hwy 101.

Each bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bathroom and sliding glass door to the backyard area. It has a fully stocked kitchen and full size washer and dryer in attached 2 car garage. All cleaning/laundry supplies are provided.

Spectrum high speed internet is always available and there are 3 flat screen TVs.

House has central A/C and heating.

Garage and driveway parking available on the premises as well as tons of street parking.

If you are looking for relaxing and quiet getaway, this house is perfect for you!!

Other things to note
We are conveniently located a mile from Hwy 101, Las Tablas Road exit and less than 10 minutes from downtown Paso Robles.
Each room that has a Smart TV. No cable, but we do have an antenna that provides local channels and over 100 others.

-CHILDREN/BABIES
We have recently added the following items to accommodate guest with babies and/or toddlers. Brand new Peg Perego high chair, baby bath, safety gate, children’s dinnerware and a pack and play with sheets.

-PET POLICY
We are dog friendly but please let us know in advance if you are bringing a dog. Maximum 2 dogs per stay, $50 per dog per stay. We will request the additional dog fee after booking. Please no dogs on the furniture.

Perfect spot for wine tasting weekend!
This house was beautiful! Everything was well stocked, clean and new. Nice outdoor area and location was very convenient for wine tasting. Check in process was very easy. I would definitely stay here again and I will be recommending this beautiful home to others

Short getaway to Paso Robles
We needed a place to stay for the weekend near the Vina Robles Amphitheater to see a concert that was dog friendly so we could bring or small dog who loves to play fetch so needed a fenced in yard. This house fit the bill perfectly. Both bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom as well as a TV and there was also a TV in the living room. The house was very clean and and the small yard was perfect for our dog to play. The kitchen was fully stocked with lots of dishes and glasses, supplies, etc. It also has a 2 car garage. They have a great binder with all the information necessary to use everything in the house. We'll remember this place if we ever need to stay in the area again.

Great place tucked away in Templeton
This was a great place to stay with another couple. We had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and living space were large. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was very clean and well stocked. We would love to stay here again.

July 4th week
We had the pleasure finding this property for July 4th week. We were visiting family in Cayucos, only about a 25 minute drive. We also had our son down from Seattle, the house was perfect size with 2 wonderful bed rooms All appliances were updated and the house is decorated very nice. Thank you and we will be back. Scott

Wonderful property, exactly as described (and then some). Great location in the heart of the Paso Robles wine country. The most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on in a vacation home,with an assortment of throw blankets (in addition to the bed duvets) that made for toasty comfort during the chilly Paso nights and mornings. Outdoor seating also had a gas fireplace that made for enjoyment of additional wine purchases nightly. Super well-appointed kitchen and a pantry that was stocked with every pot and cook’s tool essential (including spices and sweeteners galore). Good water pressure and exceptionally clean bathrooms. Would stay here again in a heartbeat when visiting the area, lovely property and host. Easy communication and prompt replies.

Best rental ever!
The home was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless!! It was exactly as described in the listing but even more attractive in person. The two master bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house, so we never got in each other’s way. The neighborhood is lovely and walking distance from a park. Beautiful views nearby and an easy drive to downtown Paso Robles and wineries. We found plenty of coffee and creamer in the kitchen as well as tea, condiments, and spices in the well-stocked pantry. We appreciated the snack jar, too! The beds were comfy, and there were plenty of towels, TP, and shower items in the bathrooms. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back the next time we visit our daughter who lives in Hanford. Thank you!

Amazing property in wine country!
This 2 bedroom/2 bath home in a quiet neighborhood was the perfect place to stay during a family reunion in Atascadero. The layout of the home with two private master suites separated by a bright cheery great room and beautiful kitchen. No detail is overlooked. This had to be the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed at. My husband and I even said we could live here! Hostess is very responsive. We’ll definitely be back! Loved exploring the area. Close to Paso Robles and the ocean.

A great house in a great location
This property has everything you need. It was clean and properly stocked. It is situated in a nice neighbourhood. We used the oven, stove and bbq grill to cook us nice meals. We wish we could have stayed longer!
