Ma famille et moi avons pensĆ© Ć  vous, potentiels intĆ©ressĆ©s, au fur et Ć  mesure de notre sĆ©jour, nous avons pris la peine de noter TOUT ce qui n'allait vraiment pas. Donc pour ceux que Ƨa intĆ©resserait avant de rĆ©server cette location ; -Mail : listetencin@gmail.com Vous aurez photos Ć  l'appuie et une liste dĆ©taillĆ©e.. Point positif, la localisation gĆ©ographique pour nos besoin lors de nos vacances, une piscine agrĆ©able, le nombre de chambre et les Ć©quipements, un bon rĆ©seau wifi et telephoniques, serviettes et produits d'entretien a disposition, l'accueil et les Ć©changes avec le propriĆ©taire. Point nĆ©gatif la sĆ©curitĆ© pour les jeunes enfants (boĆ®te de dĆ©rivation au sol en extĆ©rieur (non branchĆ©), gaine et tuyaux Ć©vacuation apparent en extĆ©rieur.). La literie trĆØs usĆ©e. A l'arrivĆ©e le sol Ć©tait sale, la vaisselle pas propre, l'intĆ©rieur des placards cuisine collant, des denrĆ©es passĆ©es de date limite et ouvertes, un pied de lit cassĆ©, une tete de lit faite avec un matelas assez moyen niveau propretĆ©, un matelas de clic clac ayant fait plus que son temps, portail electrique non fonctionnel, etc..... J'espĆØre que le propriĆ©taire fera des efforts

Nous avons Ć©tĆ© dƩƧu dĆØs notre arrivĆ©e par la climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas.Alors qu on avait louĆ© cette maison pour la clim et la piscine...(42 degrĆ©s Ć  notre arrivĆ©e) De plus le mĆ©nage laisse Ć  dĆ©sirer, le canapĆ© plein de terre, la piscine pleine de saletĆ©, les nappes sales, les matelas et oreillers jaunes,une odeur de cigarette froide dans toute la maison...Location Ć  Ć©viter.

Petit week-end Ć  Tencin pour se rapprocher des stations de ski (notamment Saint Bernard du Touvet) ; Dans la maison, nous Ć©tions en famille avec 3 enfants, nous avons particuliĆØrement apprĆ©ciĆ© la situation de la maison, le contact avec lā€™hĆ“te et la possibilitĆ© de rĆ©server en si peu de temps pour 9personnes. Malheureusement nous avons Ć©tĆ© un peu dƩƧus par certains aspects de la maison notamment la propretĆ© et lā€™Ć©tat en gĆ©nĆ©ral de la maison (intĆ©rieur et extĆ©rieur). La qualitĆ© de certains Ć©lĆ©ments (Ć©lectromĆ©nagers par exemple) contraste avec leur entretien et la surcharge de ā€œgadgetsā€ ou de choses non nĆ©cessaires contraste avec lā€™absence dā€™Ć©lĆ©ments importants (certains ā€œessentielsā€ dans la cuisine, une fiche explicatives pour certains Ć©lĆ©ments, ā€¦)
