Un engaño, peor experiencia no recomemdable
Tengo muchos años viajando pero esta experiencia fue muy desagradable y frustrante. La habitación muy sucia, la atención terrible, los colchones duros, las cortinas sucias, los pisos aceitosos, cuando solicitamos limpieza nos ofrecieron darnos nuestro dinero de regreso, en fin por favor hagan algo con esa pocilga, no puede ser llamado hotel es un engaño, manden a alguien a checar y lo verán. No deben tenerlo en catalogo , me imagino a un hotel de paso mal aseado y sin categoria ninguna, atendido con personas que no tienen conocimiento del servicio al huesped.

Al llegar no había quien te atendiera; no había toallas ni papel Sanitario dentro de la habitación, se tuvieron que solicitar y te pedian que dejaras una identificación. No hay servicio de tv, las habitaciones muy descuidadas. No lo recomienfo

Mala experiencia, aparentemente las camas son pulcras pero en cuanto revisé el cubre colchón, es una asquerosidad al igual las almohadas sin fundas están asquerosas, me llegaron a dejar una toalla percudida, hay que estarles diciendo que faltó el jabón. Por otra parte, solicité una cobija adicional, hacía frío, y resulta que no tenían, aun cuando el hotel practicamente estaba vacío. No volveré a hospedarme ahí y no lo recomiendo.

Primero no tenían nuestra habitación y eso que llegamos mas tarde del check in, nos reciben con un no hay televisión, todo sucio con mucho polvo, nada de servicio al cliente, el agua fría todo el tiempo, se les aviso y no hicieron nada por solucionar, es una pena podría ser un buen lugar, pero la verdad bastante mal,

Es un buen lugar para pasar una o dos noches, es agradable, accesible la llegada y el personal atento. Además de que el costo es accesible y corresponde a lo que se ofrece. Lo malo si vas a llegar tarde o salir muy temprano tienes que marcarle a alguien para que te abra. Y lo que en lo personal me paso es que no hubo agua caliente para bañarme. Lo demás sin problema
