Beautiful Italian Countryside home
Property located adjacent to very old olive tree orchard. Scenic mountain back drop with ocean view. Spacious upstairs flat with full amenities. Beautiful pool and garden in the yard. Private driveway. Only 2 cons, must have rental car because located in a hard to access part of Trabia, roads are difficult to navigate. And property owners speak very little English, so just plan to use google translate. Highly recommend if you are looking for the real Sicilian experience!

Comfortable stay with beautiful views!
Marcoā€™s place was very clean and neat, and we slept very comfortably there (comfortable beds and A/C). The bathrooms are both recently updated, which we appreciated. The views are truly panoramic and we saw some amazing sunsets. The pool is very nice, and we enjoy eating dinner on the large patio every night. Marco was a good host too, always prompt to answer questions and make recommendations and very friendly. I gave 3 stars for the location. The towns Trabia/Termini Imerese where the house is located are not the most picturesque towns along the coast though we found the location reasonable enough for day trips to Cefalu, Scopello, Agrigento, Trapani with longish drives to and from. The house is also close to the autostrada which you can hear from the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

A family sized slice of La Dolce Vita
Wonderful week away at Villa Silvia with family. The property was immaculately clean, air con in all areas inside, pool was cleaned regularly throughout the week and the gardens around the property were lovingly maintained. We loved the location (Il Bragone Ristorante is a hidden GEM!) and the proximity to the beach was a massive bonus. We had some fantastic walks in the area throughout the week & it was so nice to be able to take the short trip up into the hills to Caccamo Castle. The pool was truly wonderful, we loved playing in the water everyday as 5 adults ranging in age from 26-61! The hosts were truly incredible, Marco, Silvia and Matteo were so kind to us & helped us with the any questions we had. Silvia & Matteo gave us a warm welcome with a beautiful apple & honey cake, a bottle of red wine & some fresh tomatoes from their garden! Marco kept us supplied with fantastic recommendations that made us feel like we had our very own secret guide to Sicily! We truly felt like we were welcomed into their family, nothing else to say than this was the perfect place for a wonderful family holiday & we truly experienced a slice of La Dolce Vita.

Lovely location
Nice house, lovely garden and pool area, quiet neighbourhood between two towns, sea and mountain views. We shared the outside space with the owners parents who live downstairs, which we didn't know before, but they were very sweet and friendly and generous with produce from their impressive large garden! Narrow bumpy roads to get to the house. Host really helpful with local information. Beautiful area with lots of places to visit, need a car.

The owners Matteo and Silvia made it very special. The villa had all commodities, while Palermo had 100 degree temperature and unbearable we enjoyed the terrace and the scenery in a cool environment.

Wunderbar!
Was fĆ¼r ein schƶnes Haus! In der Villa Silvia verbrachten wir als Paar Ende Mai / Anfang Juni zwei tolle Wochen. So hatten wir uns den Urlaub ertrƤumt. Die Villa ist gerƤumig, geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet, meist hielten wir uns draussen auf, die riesige Veranda mit Panoramablick aufs Meer, die KĆ¼ste und die Berge ist aussergewƶhnlich schƶn. Man sieht, dass alles mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt hergerichtet wurde, so dass wir uns rundum wohl fĆ¼hlten. Es hat viele Mƶglichkeiten, sich entweder in der Sonne oder im Schatten aufzuhalten. Und dann der grosse Pool und der schƶne Garten! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, etwas Anschluss zu haben. Die PrivatsphƤre ist jederzeit gegeben. Silvia und Matteo waren mit Tipps und ErklƤrungen sehr hilfreich und Ć¼berraschten uns mit Kƶstlichkeiten aus dem Garten, eigenem Olivenƶl oder selbstgebackenem Apfelkuchen. Wir haben sie als offene und sympathische Gastgeber erlebt, die wir jederzeit gerne wiedersehen wĆ¼rden. Vom Haus aus kann man schƶne AusflĆ¼ge mit dem Auto unternehmen oder ab Termini Imerese den Zug nehmen, empfehlenswert bspw. fĆ¼r einen Trip nach Palermo. Wir sind froh, haben wir uns fĆ¼r die Villa Silvia entschieden. Mille grazie a Silvia e Matteo per la loro ospitalitĆ , ci ĆØ davvero piaciuto stare con voi a Villa Silvia!

Excellent accueil, villa trĆØs propre et agrĆ©able. Les enfants et les adultes ont profitĆ© Ć  fond de la piscine. La famille de Marco est toujours Ć  l'Ć©coute. Matteo est de venu copain avec mon petit-fils. J'y retournerai.

A/C i alla sovrum samt vardagsrum, tvĆ„ badrum/toaletter....allt i mycket bra skick. Solstolar, hammock, matbord, stolar i mƤngder...inget problem att bo 6 pers hƤr, Ƥven 8 funkar nog fint. Fin pool i trƤdgĆ„rd ca 25 meter frĆ„n bostad, poolen ungefƤr 8x4 meter. Om ni lƤser tidigare recensioner sĆ„ stƤmmer allt...bilderna gƶr inte platsen rƤttvisa...det Ƥr bƤttre. VƤrdparet Matteo och Silvia Ƥr underbara. Givetvis behƶvs hyrbil nƤr man hyr hus lite utanfƶr stad oavsett var i Italien. Detta lƤget Ƥr jƤttebra om man vill upptƤcka Palermo, CefalĆŗ och andra stƤder efter kusten. VƤg SS113 Ƥr verkligen en "scenic route" pĆ„ mĆ„nga stƤllen. VƤrdparets son Marco Ƥr guld vƤrd och otroligt serviceminded, han har massor av bra info pĆ„ strƤnder, restauranger osv - tveka inte att frĆ„ga honom om vad som helst ! Massor av fina strƤnder efter kusten, kan under hƶgsƤsong vara lite svĆ„rt med parkering och dƤrmed en bit att gĆ„ till badet...och vissa bad Ƥr lite svĆ„ra att nĆ„ fƶr barn och Ƥldre. Kolla innan eller frĆ„ga Marco. Sammanfattningsvis utan tvekan 5 av 5 stjƤrnor pĆ„ boendet. Har hyrt ca 20 hus i olika delar av Italien sĆ„ jag har lite att jƤmfƶra med.

Wir haben 10 NƤchte in der Unterkunft verbracht. Im Vorfeld hatten wir Kontakt zu Marco. Marco war sehr freundlich und hat schnell geantwortet. Er hat uns Empfehlungen fĆ¼r SupermƤrkte, Restaurants und StrƤnde gegeben. In der Unterkunft wurden wir von Matteo und Silvia begrĆ¼ĆŸt. Die beiden sind sehr nette Gastgeber! Wir wurden wƤhrend unseres Aufenthalts mit Apfelkuchen, sizilianischen Speisen, FrĆ¼chten aus dem Garten und Limoncello versorgt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt! Die beiden sprechen kein Englisch aber mit dem Ɯbersetzer ist das kein Problem. Die Unterkunft hat eine schƶne Terasse mit Meerblick und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und schƶn eingerichtet. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer und eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Klimaanlagen sind auch vorhanden. Es gibt auch einen groƟen Pool, den man ganz alleine nutzt. Es war alles sehr sauber. Wir empfehlen einen Mietwagen. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es nicht so viel sehenswertes. Wir kƶnnen die Unterkunft uneingeschrƤnkt weiterempfehlen und danken Marco, Silvia und Matteo fĆ¼r den schƶnen Aufenthalt! :)

Bellissima casa e ospitalitĆ  stupenda
Siamo stati ospiti una settimana in questa bellissima casa a Trabia. Il proprietario Marco e i suoi genitori Matteo e Silvia sono stati stupendi. Ci hanno viziato dal primo all'ultimo giorno e hanno reso davvero speciale la nostra permanenza. Le foto poi non rendono giustizia ad un alloggio veramente bellissimo in una zona strategica per visitare il nord della Sicilia. Grazie davvero a Marco Matteo e Silvia
