We came in on Friday 1/3/25 for a night. The hotel is very clean. The guys that was working the front desk were very nice. Room was very clean and had lots of room. Pool is warm. We had a relaxing time. We will be back

Holliday inn in Fairmont W V outstanding. The Gentleman who checked us in I think his name is Steve. He deserves Oscar in customer care. Very nice person. The breakfast lady was going extra mile to make sure everything is great. Great food.

Great place unless you need high speed Internet
Staff was very helpful and made great suggestion on where to eat. Room was in great shape. Although the rate was higher than what I would’ve expected compared to similar Holiday Inn express. Nice pool area but terribly slow Internet.

Very clean, new property. Excellent choice for breakfast. Even the noise from the highway wasn't too bad. We stayed on the ground floor, and could hear people walking around above us, so a third floor room would be a better option.
