We only stayed one night. The hotel is conveniently located across the highway from The University of Southern Florida. It is close to several restaurants and shops. They offer discount tickets and shuttle service to Bush Gardens. The rooms are clean, recent upgrades and plenty of space. The employees are friendly, kind and happy. The included breakfast was perfect!

Breakfast was good and open till 10:00 a.m. water pressure in the shower could be improved, took advantage of the free transportation to Busch gardens, All staff was real pleasant and helpful, did not like the idea that I had to pay for parking in the parking lot first time I ever heard of this

They cancelled my room in the middle of the stay, and then charged me for several extra nights. i have jump through hoops with expedia to get those refunded. This place is either completely disorganized or are trying to charge extra, hoping that people won't check. Never again.

In perspective, our stay coincided with Hurricane Milton, leaving the area a little depleted, with the wifi and tv giving issues. Other than that, our stay at the Hyatt is always enjoyable and the staff are always kind and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

For $250 I was expecting a way nicer hotel. It’s under construction and was a complete mess. No hot water, most of the tv shows didn’t work. The pictures did not look like the same hotel. Will not come back

Place is a complete disaster and under renovations. The one elevator that works is the slowest elevator on the planet. It reminded me of a motel 6 or worse.

We came into Tampa to take our son at USF to a concert, needed a place to stay for a night, and got so much more than we expected. The price was wonderful, the accommodations were spacious and able to fit our entire large family in one room. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff looking after the breakfast area did such a wonderful job stocking and cleaning non-stop. The checkout time was amazing. We were never rushed, everything was handled quickly and kindly. Will stay here every time we come to visit our son.
