Il n'y avait pas de seche cheveux dans la chambre. On nous a changĆ© de chambre la deuxiĆØme nuit car la chasse d'eau Ć©tait cassĆ©e, heureusement car nous etions dans une chambre minuscule ou il Ć©tait difficile de se croiser y compdans dans la salle de bain. La deuxiĆØme chambre Ć©tait plus grande mais avec vue sur un mur et avec le bru it des cuisines, alors que l'hĆ“tel est en montagne. Nous connaissons cet hotel mais sur ce sejour nous avons Ć©tĆ© tres dƩƧu.

Lugar muy tranquilo y agradable, el personal muy amable. Te dan opciĆ³n a coger desayuno con la carta lo que nos fue genial porque estĆ” en medio de la montaƱa y no hay muchos sitios cerca para comer. A 20 minutos en coche del observatori astronomic dā€™Albanya. Lo recomendamos.

DecepciĆ³n en la experiencia
La experiencia no a nivel global ha sido decepcionante. No tienen recepciĆ³n durante las horas normales de recepciĆ³n, por lo que para entregar las llaves tienes que llamar y esperar a que vengan. En la habitaciĆ³n hace mucho calor y el ventilador no es suficiente. Ponen muy baja temperatura del A/C en un hall de distribuciĆ³n que sirve para un choque tĆ©rmico muy grande al entrar desde el acceso. La televisiĆ³n es muy pequeƱa 25" y su ubicaciĆ³n no permite disfrutar de su uso. En la informaciĆ³n enviada por Hoteles.com estaban incluidos impuestos y tasas, pero nos cobraron las tasas, diciĆ©ndonos que no estaban incluidos.

Decepcionante. Lo mejor, el restaurante
Aunque estĆ© en plena naturaleza y en un lugar muy tranquilo, las habitaciones son minĆŗsculas y tristes, sin ninguna decoraciĆ³n. La televisiĆ³n en la pared del cabezal, con lo cual no puedes verla desde la cama. El baƱo, pequeƱo, y debes sentarte de lado en el retrete porquĆ© no te caben las piernas, ni a una persona como yo, que no llega al 1,60. No hay aire acondicionado, sĆ³lo un ventilador. Me decepcionĆ³ mucho y encima pagamos 87ā‚¬ por una noche. Lo Ćŗnico que valĆ­a la pena era el restaurante, que lo gestiona una empresa externa, Samuga. Cenamos muy, muy bien, buena cocina y el precio adecuado. Ellos se encargan tambiĆ©n de la carta de desayunos, que es variada y completĆ­sima. Les damos especialmente las gracias por habernos alegrado la estancia.
