We'll be back!
We had two rooms on a one night stay. Check in was friendly, quick and easy. Rooms were comfortable and clean (better than our previous stay). We had breakfast which was good with plenty of choice but some of the cups were not clean! We will be back. The terrace is lovely where we sat and had drinks looking over to the golf course. Check out quick and easy too. Thank you

We never normally comment but it was so bad we feel we had to. Very dirty room, dust, spiders, cobwebs, stained bedding, old broken furniture, poor old shower, toilet didnt flush properly, black mould around bath, cheap thin toilet paper, holes in wall, light bulbs not working. A thorough inspection by management is required followed by a deep clean.

overall a great place to stay
Nice hotel at a fair price great breakfast pool and spa are very good but lacking maintenance in some areas not everything working as it should eg some spar pool features not working some electronic lockers not working (need battery replacement),spin costume dryer not working and has not been for my last 3 visits. Staff say replacement costume spin dryers are on order and have been for a long time with no date for replacement . Overall well worth a visit

Loved the spa facility. Ice room was ace. New refreshing experience. The water cannon was also a must for my stiff neck and although a buffet breakfast it was top drawer, love to just choose what you would like and eat. Set me up for the day.👏🐝

Overall a good stay. Rooms are large and comfortable. Would have been lovely and quiet had it not been for the people returning at 12.30 at night. Lovely grounds and beautiful location. Breakfast was good but I prefer it to be freshly cooked, rather than a buffet. Disappointed that I couldn’t swim, as by the time you arrive it’s closed and no time before you have to leave.

For the amount paid the room and breakfast were good however things such as check in being at 4pm, having to book the pool in advance (we couldn't even use it the day of check out as it was fully booked) and general customer service (not having room number taken at breakfast and having to find staff member ourselves) let this place down

I love this hotel it’s probably the 4th time now but please sort out the showers and the room is too hot, if you invested in air conditioning and some better showers I think you would easily be 4 star not 3
