If you are looking to holiday with a larger group of 10-12 people, this 350m² accommodation is perfect for you. With a total of 6 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for a large family or two families of friends with children. It consists of 2 separate accommodation units in one house, which are completely at your disposal. This means that even a large group will have plenty of space and privacy.
Enjoy an unforgettable holiday close to the beach and the centre of the popular resort of Moraira, a real gem of the Costa Blanca! The beach and the numerous summer terraces with restaurants and bars to suit all tastes, as well as the picturesque marina, are just a 10 minute walk away. Despite its proximity to these tourist attractions, the location is very quiet, so your sleep will not be disturbed by the many popular summer events with music and dancing in the town.
Make the most of your stay and relax in the large outdoor pool and Mediterranean garden with plenty of space for sun loungers and parasols. The covered outdoor patio has a large dining table for 10 to 12 people and is perfect for al fresco dining. Privacy is guaranteed due to the secluded location of the garden and pool terrace.
There are also 3 private parking spaces, one of which is covered.
Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, all with air conditioning, ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes.
The master bedroom has a double bed (180x200cm), a walk-in wardrobe and a spacious en-suite bathroom with separate toilet and bidet. The other two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and the other with a double bed (140 x 200 cm), have access to another shared terrace with sea views. There is a bathroom with toilet and a separate guest toilet.
The lounge/dining room is spacious and exclusively furnished with air conditioning and ceiling fan, a 50" Smart TV and comfortable sofas for relaxing. From here you can access the very large living terrace, which is equipped with a cooling ceiling fan and offers beautiful views of the sea.
The spacious kitchen is perfect for cooking with an island, oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A large freezer is available in the adjacent utility room.
On the ground floor there is a main apartment with a double bedroom (160x200cm), a living room with Smart TV, a bathroom with toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. All three rooms have air conditioning.
The adjoining apartment has two more double bedrooms (one double bed of 160 x 200 cm and two single beds of 80 x 190 cm) with fans, a bathroom with toilet and a small kitchenette with dining area. Both apartments have direct access to the communal covered terrace with a large granite dining table.
The tenant decides how much electricity they use and how much they pay for it, as we believe in transparency and fairness. Rather than charging you a high flat rate for the cost of electricity for air conditioning and other electrical appliances, we only charge you for the electricity you actually use during your stay at the standard rate of 35 cents/kWh. This is payable on departure. As a special welcome gift you will receive an electricity credit of 50 KWh/week. There is also a final cleaning fee of €200 which includes the washing of all linen and towels.
