This ideally situated villa is perfect for family holidays especially for families with older children Who are seeking a bit of independence, two couples with young children or two family generations.
Situated in a quiet cul de sac this two storey villa comprises of two separated floors, the top one with two double bedrooms, kitchen and lounge with a dining area and includes an outdoor terrace with a view of the sea.
The lower floor has a huge bedroom that sleeps three, a shower room and a small lounge area. It opens on to the large Directly newly built swimming pool terrace and barbecue area.
It is surrounded by Its Own secure large mature gardens With plenty of parking space.

Lovely villa in perfect location
The property was one of the best equipped holiday homes I've stayed in and if it wasn't there Maria was on hand to provide whatever might be missing (we didn't need anything). The owners live next door but are not at all intrusive. The villa was spotlessly clean and was very comfortable (I slept better than I do at home). The villa is about 15 mins walk from the town and beach where a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops can be found. All in all this was a great find and I would highly recommend booking it.

Fantastic family holiday
From the moment we booked, the communication was excellent. Along with the much welcomed early check in, due to an early morning flight. We were met by Mayte & Tiziano who gave us a tour of the villa and explained how everything worked, including the gas BBQ, dishwasher and washing machine. The villa is stunning and much better than the pictures show. The villa is also perfectly located to explore the beautiful Moraira, with it being a 10 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We can’t wait to return in the future.

Perfect get away
We were met by the owners who explained in great detail, the workings of everything in the villa, including instructions for the BBQ, washing machine, dishwasher, lighting and water. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Mayte took us shopping for necessities and showed us various places to go with clear and precise directions which was extremely helpful as we did not hire a car. The beach, old town, shops and restaurants are less than 15 minutes walk away. Coming back is a little longer as the route back is uphill, but perfectly situated for a lovely walk after a delightful meal. The villa, garden and pool were spotless and amazing, in fact the photographs do not do the property justice. We had a wonderful family holiday there and came away wishing we had booked for two weeks instead of one. Thank you to the owners who were there if we needed them and wonderful hosts. We hope to return. You will not be disappointed………

Amazing & Relaxing Vacation
An amazing villa with fantastic views that was so peaceful and quiet but only a short walk from Moraira town centre, providing easy access to a number of bars, restaurants and shops as well as the beach. The villa has everything needed including a private pool, air conditioning, TVs, a kitchen with all required appliances, an outdoor grill and washing machine. The owner Mayte and her husband live next door but were not intrusive. They were very friendly and helpful, providing great support and advice when needed. Overall this was an amazing villa and we definitely plan to return.

Wonderful villa with amazing views
What a find. A great villa with exceptional views from the Naya (heaven sitting with a glass of cava!). The villa was immaculate with great care taken over the furnishings, kitchen equipment and bedding. The beds were really comfortable. The recently landscaped gardens are lovely including a large pool (although too chilly for swimming in March). An easy 10 minute walk into town that has many bars and restaurants. The hosts were very friendly people who live next door, always available to answer any questions but certainly not intrusive. A great place to stay. We will certainly book again when we come back to Moraira.

Amazing
Before arrival Mayte corresponded and provided information about the arrival and was very accomodating with our arrival time. When the gates opened to the property we were speechless by the properties beauty. The photos do not do it justice. It is very comfortable, well equiped and the views down to the sea are spectacular. The villa feels very private and is peaceful. Mayte was available for any advice on the local area or if any assistance was needed during our stay. It is a fairly easy walk down to town and the beach. We often walked down for dinner to one of the many excellent restaurants, although the cooking facilities at the villa are more than adequate and well equipped. I have stayed in various villas and self rentals and have to say this has been my favourite by a long way. Absolute perfection in a lovely area of Spain. We will definitely return in the future. Thanks Mayte and Tiziano for providing such a wondeful place to stay.

Wonderful villa!
This is one of the best villas we have stayed in . The villa is modern and very well equipped with everything you need. It is spotless and comfortable both inside and out. The pool area with its trees and plants is lovely, private and has plenty of loungers and parasols - we could always find a shady spot to relax in. The location of the villa is ideal,a 10 minute walk down to the beach , only slightly longer coming back as it's uphill.We had decided to not bring a car and this was not a problem - everything is within walking distance. Mayte and Tiziano are wondefull hosts - communication was excellent from first point of contact to the moment we left. There was a lovely selection of wine, beer and soft drinks provided and Mayte had also bought several large bottles of water for us so we didn't have to carry them back from the supermarket.They were so helpful and went out of their way to ensure that everything was good. We very much appreciated everything. We can't wait to book this villa again when we next come to Moraira.

Villa with fabulous garden with pool in a great location
The villa is in a great location in walking distance to Moraira beach, town, and castle. You can even walk to a couple of supermarkets. So no need for a car once at the villa, unless you want to explore further afield. The villa has a fabulous garden with mature palm trees, flower beds, rockery and flowers and has a good sized pool with lots of space for sun loungers and outdoor dining table & chairs as well as several parasols if you need some shade. We stayed with our two small dogs and we’re glad the garden was totally enclosed as we did not have to worry about their safety. The house has ample space for parking in the garden drive way and the car was safely tucked away behind an electric gate out of sight. The villa has first floor accommodation with a lovely little terrace with views across Moraira residential area / green area. It had a compact but fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils you’d need as well as glasses, cups, plates, bowls, pans and pots! Two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes a good sized bathroom and lounge and dining area. The ground floor has a separate entrance with a very large bedroom with a wardrobe and a small kitchenette area and a bathroom. Ideal when we had friends or family visiting us, given them their own private area in which to relax. The owners of the villa live next door and were very kind and helpful but never intrusive. We absolutely loved our nearly two month stay at the villa and have booked again for 2024 :-)

This was the best villa we have ever stayed in, the views were just amazing. Very private, especially when you are playing in the pool with your family. The villa had every thing we needed. The host was amazing ❤️, she evan took me to the super market when we arrived to get a big shop as we did not hire a car. The villa is at the top of a very steep hill, unfortunately there was no taxis available in town any day of our holiday, which ment the 15 minute walk home from town with shopping was a bit of a nightmare. But that was the only down side of the whole trip. The pool was fantastic, we were init every single day, there was already floats and balls there to use. This was a fantastic holiday, we couldn't of wished for any thing betta.

Perfect villa, perfect hosts!
We stayed here for two weeks, the first week with my wife's parents and most of the second with my wife's sister and friend. The first thing to say is that our hosts could not have been more friendly, helpful and welcoming - there if we needed them as they live next door but also unobtrusive. Our heartfelt thanks go to them for a wonderful stay. The villa itself was very well equipped - Everything you could possibly need seemed to be available. The bedrooms and lounge area all have air conditioning and mosquito nets over the windows. The kitchen had a very nice induction hob, separate built in oven and microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine as well as a Gusto capsule coffee machine and all the cooking utensils you could possible need. The gas BBQ also came in useful and there is a small coal fired BBQ for smaller parties to use. The outside area was private and a perfect place to spend the day relaxing by or in the pool which was immaculately maintained. Plenty of parasols and sunbeds depending on whether you want to sunbathe or rest in the shade and inflatables for the kids. The villa is within walking distance of the centre of Moraira (about 10-15 minutes) which is perfect as parking in the town can be a bit of an issue at busy times. The only slight problem is that the villa is situated at the top of a slope which might be an issue for elderly or disabled visitors. In summary I would say that in my opinion this villa is perfect for a couple, family or group of up to 6 adults who want a relaxing break with easy access to the local town's restaurants and bars and we will definitely book this villa again if/when we return to this area.

The villa was very good, everything you would need for a family was there. Mayte was very helpful, checking during our stay that we had everything we needed. The close proximity to the town and its beaches was a big plus for us. Overall one of the best villa holidays we have had.

When we were looking for somewhere to stay we wanted it to be within walking distance to the town and beach as we have a 4 year old. We saw the villa that was very well priced for the location and what it looked like in the pictures and had great reviews so we booked it, our experience was so good we are already planning a return next year. We were here for not just a holiday but a wedding also so we had a few questions prior to our arrival and the owners Mayte and Tiziano were excellent in ensuring we had what we needed for the big day, they also live next door for any requirements or problems you may have and provide good local information if you want it. You tend to be disappointed when seeing photos online and the reality is never quite the same, the photos looked excellent bit the reality is it's even better, what a lovely villa with a superb pool and everything u need, bbq, inflatables etc and you are greeted with a nice selection of wine, beer etc which is ideal. We arrived at 1am and it was no problem and greeted warmly and shown around. A taxi is around 6 euro to town if you dont fancy the walk but it is an easy walk. All in all I dont have a negative thing to say and Moraira itself is lovely, if you can book during a festival do so as they put on a spectacular show also. Many thanks again to Mayte and Tiziano and we look forward to seeing you again soon x

Wonderful place to stay.
What a fantastic holiday! Went with my wife, daughter and husband and 2 grandchildren. Couldn't have been any better! House, pool & gardens has everything you need for a great vacation, even a garage full of inflatables & floats for the children. 10/15 minute walk to the beach and the start of the town, so conveinient. Mayte & Tiziano (the owners) next door if you need anything. Don't hesitate booking this villa you may miss it.

Fantastic Villa
I thought the pictures looked good of the villa but when you get there it's so much better. Stunning landscape around the villa, the pool water is one of the clearest I've ever seen and the villa was faultless. Mayte & Tiziano were on hand with anything we needed and even offered our family their car to pop to the shops when it was raining. I could go on and on about how helpful they were. The walk into Moraira was nothing at all and the restaurants and shops were lovely. I would recommend this villa to everyone and will definitely be back.

Perfect!
We were met at the gate with a very warm welcome from Mayte and Tiziano. Their villa is beautiful, immaculately clean, very comfortable beds, with fresh crisp linen, and everything you could need, including pool/beach towels, inflatables for the pool, and many other extras that made it so welcoming. We were left a bottle of bubbly in one fridge, and wine, grapes, and soft drinks, in the other! A perfect welcome pack! The pool is set in lovely gardens, with plenty of sun beds, chairs, and parasols, and many areas of shade or sun to choose from. The location is about 15 mins walk to town, slightly steeper coming back, but taxis are only about 6e. We all had a lovely relaxing holiday, with perfect hosts, who even left us an umbrella at the front door when rain was forecast, and took us to town to catch our coach home! Nothing was too much trouble. We would not hesitate in recommending this lovely holiday villa, and certainly would book again when returning to one of our favourite areas in Spain. Had a very enjoyable two weeks at this villa. The very friendly owners Mayte and Tiziano were on hand if needed but were never intrusive. The villa is well equipped, clean, and with plenty of linen provided, including beach towels. The pool area is all you could wish for in a villa holiday, with comfortable sun beds, plenty of seating and a great BBQ for those evenings dining by the pool. The walk into town is easy, so you can leave the car at the villa and enjoy the wine. A taxi back is just over 6 euros Already considering next year

Beautiful Villa. Had an amazing time with my family.
Everything you need for a super relaxing time. The owners are so friendly and wellcoming nothing is to much trouble. Everything you need is there including lots of towels for beach, pool and bathroom. Great location easy to walk into town but because Villa is so comfortable we stayed round pool and had BBQ, played games and drank wine. Best holiday we have had for years. Definitely will return hopefully same time of year for the festival.

The kitchen is a typical vintage Spanish kitchen, which I loved. It had everything you could possibly need to run a kitchen. (Which is very rare when renting a property) I was surprised to have been provided beech towels for each person Too, all the little extras made our stay so much easier. We definitely felt the villa was a home from home! While I love sun bathing with my book, my partner cannot sit in the heat for long, so he made full use of the wonderful out door space which looked over the pool and also gave a beautiful view of the sea, (this area is completely shaded the whole day) we had 4 children with us and they absolutely loved the pool and outdoor space so much so that to they didn’t want to venture very far from the villa at all. Finally the owners were fantastic, so very welcoming and accommodating. Mayte left us to our own devises but the couple of times we required contact she responded instantly. Even went to the shop to buy a pump for the children’s inflatables when we had asked to borrow one! By far the most relaxing holiday we have had. I could go on all day about the facilities and all the little extras which made our holiday so special but I think I have covered all the main points!
