Welcome to Scenic View; where you can unwind and relax in Teviotville, which is located in the beautiful and stunning Scenic Rim of South East Queensland. This property offers executive styling, fully furnished including a fully equipped kitchen, 4 tastefully decorated bedrooms, movie room/lounge with 75-inch TV, DVD, office, and 2 paved outdoor entertainment areas. The main bedroom has 1 King suite, 2 bedrooms are queen suites, plus a single bed with trundle, 3 rooms have built in robes. The house can sleep 8 guests comfortably. It has selective reverse cycle air-conditioning and remote-controlled fans and lights throughout. The paved entertainment area boasts a BBQ and pool table/table tennis/dining table, Large 9 pce timber outdoor setting and also 7 pce timber outdoor setting. To warm you on cold winter nights is a fire pit with firewood provided. Also, on the grounds there are 2 play gyms/ swing sets for the kids to enjoy. This is the perfect property to relax and spoil yourself among a tranquil setting. Teviotville is situated between the quaint town of Boonah and historical Kalbar which is renowned for its spectacular views of the mountains and lush green pastures. Look out of any window and you will feel the stress just melt away with the beautiful trees, bird life, and mountain views. Its only a 5-minute drive to both townships and 20-minute drive to the stunning Lake Moogerah and Maroon Dam, wineries, camel farm to name a few.
